Who we are
ILEAP is a school-based career and university guidance program by Uranus Education, headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp on +90 555 355 16 38 or through our contact page.
What data we collect
- Partnership request form: your full name, school name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, role, the service you are interested in, city or country, the number of high school students and your message.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in standard server logs for security.
- Cookies: only cookies that are necessary for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use your data
- To reply to your request and discuss a partnership with your school.
- To arrange meetings, send proposals and follow up on your request.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to schools and parents who contact us, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Sharing your data
Your data is shared only with the ILEAP and Uranus Education team members who handle your request, and with trusted service providers who host and run this website on our behalf. We never share it with universities or third parties without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and any partnership that follows, and then delete or anonymize them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within the time required by law.
Students and children
This website is intended for schools, parents and partners. Student accounts on the iLEAP platform are created and managed under the platform’s own terms, with school and family involvement where required.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the form.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its update date.
